I have a single room to rent in Brixton.
The house is located in a 10-minute walk from Brixton underground station.
The room is furnished with a single bed, table, and wardrobe.
The rent is £125 per week, and it will be paid every 2 weeks. Council tax and Internet are included. Electricity, gas, and water are not included. This will be added to the rent, depending on consumption.
The new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen, and bathroom.
