I am looking for someone to take over my room starting April 9th(potentially on the 4th if needed) in Camberwell , SE London.
Rent: 800 inlcuding bills
About the flat : its a 2 bedroom flat with a kiving room, kitchen and big bathroom. You will be sharing with a 30 years old guy, musician. hes very nice, clean and respectful. You will have a great atmosphere in the flat.
Transport links : there are a lot of buses around, Denmark Hill overground is 15 mins walking and we are walking distance to a lot of good areas such as Elephant and Castle, Oval, Brixton, Vauxhall from where you can take the underground. Takes around 30-40 mins to get there by foot. There's also buses that take you there.
Area: 10 mins walk to a high street full of pubs, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. Everything is very close, library, parks, post office.
