I am looking for a flatmate (preferably a working professional) for the flat I have been living in for the past 2.5 years in Kennington.

The area is great and very well-connected. The house is located 10-12' to Vauxhall Station, 7' to Kennington Station and Oval Station and 2' to nearby bus stops.

The rent is £1000/month excluding bills. The bills (including council tax, gas, electricity, water, and internet) come to approximately £200/month (I'm open to discussing or changing suppliers if it helps reduce costs and suits better both of us).

The house features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and an additional separate toilet.
