We’re looking for a new housemate to join our gorgeous 4BHK, three-storey home in the heart of Zone 1 (SE17). Just a 6-minute walk to Elephant & Castle Tube Station and 5 minutes to Kennington, the location is unbeatable with excellent transport links and walking-distance access to Morrisons, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s. The ground floor has a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essentials), and a lovely patio opening to a large backyard. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, and two on the second, with the available master bedroom featuring a private ensuite with bathtub and WC.
