Excellent links to central London with multiple buses running every few minutes on the doorstep including the new express Bakerloop line.
Elephant and Castle tube station is easily accesible by bus or bike or you can walk there in about 20 mins. Borough and Bermondsey stations are also not far.

The flat has plenty of space. We have a very large living room with lots of light, a modern kitchen and bathroom and plenty of storage. There is also a large private courtyard out front which is gated and perfect for bicycles, cars etc

I think the living room could do with more decor/furnishing to give it a bit more of a vibe but it's very comfortable and warm. I'm planning to spruce things up when I get the new contract sorted.

There are lots of amenities nearby including a big Tesco extra directly opposite the flat and a Lidl 5 mins walk away as well as many shops and cafes along the Old Kent Road and nearby.

I teach full-time at a language school, working 9-5ish during the week. I am easy-going and sociable and I keep everything clean and tidy.

I am a musician and love going out to gigs and events when I can and enjoy cooking big meals - which I am more than happy to share.
