- Shopping: Very convenient. Near Big Sainsbury’s, Longdan, Ly Trang, and Asian supermarkets (Kiki & Miumiu, YOHOME, Hekede).

- Commute: Walking distance to Borough, Southwark, and Waterloo (15-30 mins). Public e-bikes (Santander/Lime/Voi) are 2 mins away.

- Busy, well-lit area, so it is very safe at night.

- 3 people in total (including you). Since the landlord lives here, the house is very clean and quiet.
