Hi there,
We have a couple of lovely, spacious double rooms available on a short-let only for two-three months approximately, due to the home being rented out from November 2026, therefore, both monthly and short-term lets of a few days are welcome.
This set-up would be perfect for people looking for flexible short-term accommodation and a peaceful and comfortable location, whilst looking for something more long-term.
About the home:
The house is a lovely Victorian-period property on a quiet, leafy road in Herne Hill, within easy walking distance from shops, amenities, bus stops, and the main train station to Victoria and London Bridge, with North Dulwich train station also nearby.
You'll have lots of space with full access to a shared kitchen, living room, dining area and spacious garden. There is also a shared bathroom, additional shower room and WC.
There are three rooms available:
En-Suite Double Bedroom: £1,200 (AVAILABLE)
Large Double: £1000 (AVAILABLE)
Medium Double: £950 (AVAILABLE)
Otherwise, short-term lets are available at £40/50 per night, depending on room, and or flexible and quoted based on how long you want to stay.
Who lives here:
You would be sharing with the Female owner and landlady and her 40-year-old daughter. The house is available for a short period of two months only due to house rental from Mid
-October, so this arrangement would be perfect if you are looking for something else long-term in the meantime.
