This is a small but cosy double room with lots of natural light in a beautiful home.
With a garden, 2 x bathrooms, and a large well kept shared living area.

This place has been an amazing home for the past 5 yrs. Someone would be truly be lucky to live here - the landlady is a nice person that keeps the rent affordable (a humane landlord, who would have thought it existed!)

Available end of June, possibly mid June but to be confirmed.

Rent £535.50, deposit one month of rent + cost of name change on the contract.

Bills not included. Approx +£100 to +£150 depending on time of year, including water, electricity, cleaner once a week, internet, council tax, WiFi.

Double glazed windows all around, so the house is kept nice and warm. Induction hobs in the kitchen with a designated cupboard space for each person. 2 x fridges and 1 x freezer.

Room furnished. Included: Bedframe, mattress, 1 x chest of drawers, 1 x wardrobe.
Note that the room is small, could fit a small desk but not much more. However there is extra space available downstairs to store suitcases etc.

Aitana, 28, spanish, has been living in London for a long time now. She's a theatre maker, which means she works as a barista... Haha. At home she's very chill and sociable. Enjoy going to the cinema when money allows it and just chills in the sun or go for a short run when no money to do things.

Rosie: 24, British, barista, passionate about yoga, enjoys cooking good food and going to the sauna nearby.

House rules:

This is not our house but we treat like it is. For everyone to be comfortable living here, the new person will need to consider other people's needs.

- Shower: we try to remove our hair left in the drain

- Music and noise: no loud music. And if someone is asleep we keep the voices down and try to be quiet, not slamming the doors, etc.

- Private space: we like to hang out and have dinner or drinks together, but we also like to have our own time. For example if we see Rosie doing yoga in the living room in the morning then we leave her the space. If Aitana has theatre rehearsal in the living room, same.

- Friends, partners and relatives are all welcome ❤️ But we do not want a 5th housemate 👀 So your partner can absolutely spend the night here a couple of times a week, but anything more than that needs to be on rare occasions and discussed with others first.

- This is not a house party. The occasional drinks and music late in the night are okay for special occasions like birthdays.

- On the note of cleanliness, we reset the kitchen after eating and cooking: we clean the surfaces and don't leave dirty dishes out.

- Shoes off inside, please 🙏

- No smoking

- We have a cat that often often visits our home. His name is Enzo and we love him and he loves us. To make sure you have read the above, start your message with "Hello Enzo" then tell us all about yourself!
