Have a lovely room for sublet for July and August right near Kennington station. Living with two flatmates Paolo and Lewis, sad to not be there living with them. Room is suitable for WFH with a nice desk.

Sublet situation! Though the room will be entirely cleared out as I am planning on moving from London as of July 1. Please note that this is only available for the months of July and August as we have an agreement with our landlord to take back control of the lease as of September.

Genuinely I like living here a lot, very near all sorts of things in Kennington, Elephant and Castle, and close to Waterloo. I'm including bills in the listed price of £1050, which in reality is more like £1100 for me usually but happy to knock off a bit for the short term.

LGBTQ friendly and preferred.
