I'm looking for a flat mate who works in London and needs a place to stay during the week, but lives elsewhere on the weekend.

Someone who is laid-back and respectful of others, cleans up after themselves, loads/unloads the dishwasher and keeps communal areas clean and tidy. Although, I have a cleaner once a month.

The flat is nicely renovated and very clean.

The room has a double bed, large wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

You will be sharing with one person, Gavin (owner).

Zone 2: The flat is a 12 minute walk to Brixton underground station (Vitoria line) and a 5 minute walk to Loughborough Junction overground station (trains to Elephant & Castle (5 mins), Blackfriars (10 mins), City Thames Link (12 mins), Farringdon (15 mins) & St Pancras (20 mins)).

Lots of bus routes near the flat including several night buses.

About the flat: fast broadband, bathroom (with good shower), kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), open plan dining/living room. Secure bicycle storage, off-road residents parking. The flat is 3rd (top) floor of a read brick ex-local authority block and has two balconies.

Rent includes all bills and will be on a rolling month-by-month basis with 1 months notice to be given either way. Rent paid in advance on the 1st of each month. Deposit is 1 month's rent.
