I have a furnished double room for rent in 2 bed flat, this is the largest bedroom in the flat and will available from the 1st of January 2026. My current lodger is preparing to leave, so the room will look slightly different with their belongings in place.

The dimensions are approx 4m by 3m, this include’s a built-in wardrobe. The room also comes with a double mattress on a futon base, bedside table, desk and chair.

The flat clean & bright and the shared spaces includes a large lounge with south-east facing balcony, a separate kitchen/diner and a bathroom (with tub & shower).

The flat is to share with one other, myself, graphic designer and non-smoker.

It’s located just off Champion Hill, which is a 10-minute walk from Denmark Hill station and a 12-minute walk from East Dulwich station. Sainsbury’s Dog Kennel Hill superstore is also only a 5-minute walk away.

It’s also within close walking distance to Kings College Hospital, Lordship Lane, Camberwell Church St and Peckham Rye.

There are parking restrictions in place, but it might be possible to apply for a resident's permit.

I'm mainly working from home at present, so daytime viewings are possible.
