We have a nice little flat near Bermondsey high street (Blue Market) with lots of amenities, close proximity to South London's excellent small breweries and a very short commute to the city.

The room is quite small, but comfortably fits a double bed and a chest of drawers. There's a bathroom with a bath as well as a shower. The living room and kitchen is one open plan space. There's a small patio area.

We have a small dog called Franklin who will be very excited to greet you when you come home. He'll stay out of your room if you keep the door closed but will come in for cuddles if you let him.

We both work in health research, so someone with an academic or healthcare career might be a good fit, but we're not fussy.

We'd prefer a lodger who does not work from home.

No deposit required and only one week's notice needed if you want to move on - no stress :)
