We’ve got a big double bedroom going in our lovely five-bedroom house in Peckham - complete with a spacious open plan living room/kitchen area, two bathrooms, a biweekly cleaner and a private garden out back which is perfect for BBQs, hosting friends, sunbathing or just hanging out. We’re only a 5 minute walk away from Queens Road Station or 10 mins away from Nunhead, so it’s a super well connected pad.

About us:
We're a close-knit bunch of young professionals, who enjoy hanging out in the evenings, either chatting rubbish in the living room, watching films, watching the sport or heading to the pub. We all have our own lives and friendship groups, but there's a nice overlap. We're all big into our music & love a festival + Johnny & Daan sometimes go for an early morning skate on weekends so bonus points if you'd get involved with that.
The only reason one of the boys is moving out is because he’s got the chance to move in with his best mate from back home - which in LDN, is a rare opportunity you’ve got to take!

What we're looking for:
Ideally, someone who's looking for more than just a place to sleep. We'd love to find people who want to be mates as well as housemates. If you're sociable, easygoing, and up for getting involved, you'll fit right in.

Tenancy length:
Our current tenancy runs until September 3rd, hence the advertisement of 5/6 months. At this point in time there’s no intention of moving out at at the end, aiming to extend the tenancy for another year as we have done for the last 3 years - but who knows, maybe as a gang we can see what else the city has to offer!
