the room is available from 1st jan 2026 and is £950 per month - all bills included yeehaw !! 💰

you’ll be living with three lovely working professional girlies in their early-mid 20s !! 🪩 everyone has their own lives & friendship groups, but they’re always around for a glass of wine in the evening and a girlie debrief !! we also love going out for dinners/drinks - especially for birthdays/christmas/galentines !! 💝 i’m only leaving so i can be closer to work - the girls are really looking for a girl who wants to make the house a home 🫶🏼

the room itself has two huge windows (it’s so lovely & bright!!), high ceilings, and comes fully furnished with a double bed 🤍

the house has a gorgeous open-plan kitchen/living room, two bathrooms (a shower and a bath), and a SPARE ROOM - a massive perk as it has an extra double bed, a desk, and lots of space where we hang up our laundry !! 🫧🧺

we also have two communal desks for anyone working from home !

it’s less than a 10 minute walk to brixton tube, and less than 5 min walk from loughborough junction station 🚶🏼‍♀️we’re also about 30 seconds from a tesco express, and under 20 mins away from brixton’s big tesco, lidl etc. !
