Single room available in a 2 bed, 2 bath shared flat, in a quiet area, 15 min walk from King’s college hospital ,between Denmark hill and elephant & castle.

You will be sharing with one other person, a 29 year old female.

The bedroom comes with a private spacious full bathroom. The room is small but comfortably fits a single bed and a wardrobe with still some extra space left. One wall also has shelving top to bottom.

My other flatmate also spends most of her time in her room so you would be able to use the open plan living room a lot. We have a nice desk with shelving that can be assembled and set up for you in the living room if you work from home or just want a desk setup.

You’ll have your own bathroom with good natural lighting, a bathtub and good storage space. The kitchen has enough storage for two people, a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all appliances are there already.

Room is £875 + bills (ca £150 per month). You would replace me in the current contract, which has become a periodic rolling contract from 01 May. Females preferred please and no students. 😊
