I’m renewing the lease on my cosy 2-bed flat just behind Kennington Park and looking for a new flatmate to share with, as my current flatmate, Nathan, is moving back to New Zealand.

The flat is a good size for two people, with a separate kitchen, living room, two loos, and a small balcony. It’s in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to Kennington and Oval tube stations, a 24-hour shop, PureGym, and Walworth High Street for more shops.

A bit about me: I’m 26, originally from Ireland, and moved to London two years ago. I work in sales for a startup in Borough, typically WFH two days a week. I’m sociable and friendly—love going out on weekends but also into fitness, food, travel, film, and theatre.

Looking for a flatmate who’s sociable, clean, and LGBT friendly. Bills are around £130/month. Move-in date is around 15th Feb, and I’m holding viewings this Saturday and Sunday (25th and 26th Jan).
