Hello!

My name is Margaux, and I am looking for someone to sublet my beautiful spacious room in a lovely flat in Borough / London Bridge.

The room is available from the 25th of May till the 31st of May.

The room will be at £334 week (including bills).
My current flatmate Elise will be staying in the flat. She’s American (27 years old) and works in the movie industry. She’s always down for some fun movie nights, cooking together, but equally likes her own quiet time (this is not a big party flat). She’s really lovely and I’ll miss living with her!

The room/ flat:
It is a spacious furnished double bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom. It gets plenty of natural light throughout the day and overlooks a quiet street. The room has a big built-in wardrobe as well as a set of drawers, small beside table with drawers. The desk and office chair are mine, so you can bring in your own if needed. The bed is also very comfortable and has drawers underneath the mattress adding extra storage.

The living room is the highlight of the flat, bright, spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that gives on a residential garden accessible to people living in the building. And we also have a big kitchen with all the needed amenities (dishwasher, washing-machine, oven, micro-wave...). There is also a bike storage available.

The flat is also super well connected:
- 8 min walk to Borough station (Northern line)
- 13 min walk to Elephant & Castle station (Northern / Bakerloo lines)
- 17 min walk to London Bridge station (Jubilee / Northern lines)

Borough market and Bermondsey street are just around the corner, with plenty of great restaurants / bars / pubs, and we have lots of grocery shops nearby. There are also a few gyms in the area including PureGym and GymBox.
