Hello!

My name is Margaux, and I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Borough / London Bridge. :)

My current flatmate is leaving to live with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to replace her, either in June or July.

It is a nice furnished double bedroom, with its own large bathroom (with a bathtub!). The room has a big built-in wardrobe as well as a set of drawers, and has space to add a small desk.

The living room is the highlight of the flat, bright, spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that gives on a residential garden accessible to people living in the building. And we also have a big kitchen with all the needed amenities (dishwasher, washing-machine, oven, micro-wave...).

The flat is also super well connected:
- 8 min walk to Borough station (Northern line)
- 13 min walk to Elephant & Castle station (Northern / Bakerloo lines)
- 17 min walk to London Bridge station (Jubilee / Northern lines)

Borough market and Bermondsey street are just around the corner, with plenty of great restaurants / bars, and we have lots of grocery shops nearby. There are also a few gyms in the area including PureGym and GymBox.

In terms of the rent, the room is at £1,270 per month (excluding bills). Council tax band F (£113 per person). Wifi + bills come to around ~ £60 per person.

A little bit more about myself. I'm 25 years old, originally from France and have studied and lived in the UK for the past 7.5 years. I now work in marketing and usually WFH 3 days a week.

I am an outdoorsy person, love going on long walks /hikes and discovering the city on weekend. Some of my hobbies include travelling, skiing, going out for brunch / dinners and also love a good movie night. I am not really a big party person but will have occasionally some friends over for a dinner or movie night, but overall am pretty chill.

I also like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would appreciate finding someone who would also take care of the flat and is not too messy. :)

Ideally I would like to live with someone who would be open to socialise, go out maybe for some drinks / have occasional dinners / movie night together, to make this a friendly flat share!
