I’m sad to be leaving but circumstances have unfortunately changed for me.
The flat is amazingly situated on a quiet residential road just off the vibrant Bermondsey Street, and in walking distance to Bermondsey, London Bridge, Borough Market, Southbank, Tower Bridge and the famous Beer Mile. The neighbourhood is full of lots of great pubs/bars, restaurants, and quirky shops right on your doorstop.
The room is large, bright and warm and comes furnished, including a bed, 2 wardrobes, and desk – plenty of room if you’re also working from home. It is hard to tell from the pictures, but I have a large bed and desk and the room still has plenty of space.
The room currently has some of my own furniture but you can request anything you do or don't need from the Landlord which is great for whatever your needs are. There is also a separate shared living room and kitchen with a large fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard space. We also have a good sized bathroom with a large bath and shower.
This is a brilliant area to live. The transport links are great - a 5-minute walk to London Bridge station, and walking distance to Bermondsey, Borough and Elephant & Castle stations. There are also plenty of buses which can get you pretty much anywhere in London.
You’ll be living with Alan and Suii who are both working professionals in their 20s. Everyone is quiet and respectful of each other. The neighbours are also really nice.
The rent is £1150pcm which includes all bills. The tenancy length is 12 months and there is a 5 weeks rent deposit.
I am looking for someone to move in from 26 August as I'm planning to move out on the 25th, but there is potential for flexibility if needed.
Let me know if you are interested in a viewing or want any additional pictures/videos. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
