Hey lovely people! I’m going to be abroad for 3 weeks so my room is available for you to rent out for however much of that time as you want! It’ll be £75 a night.

I’m leaving all my furniture for this time so you’ll be able to settle right in like it was an Airbnb.
You’ll be staying with 3 other lovely guys that work a lot of overtime so are out a fair bit.
Toilet separate from shower, kitchen with oven and all the amenities you need to cook and theres loads of supermarkets, take-aways, restaurants & bars all around. You’ve also got your own private balcony :)
