Hi everyone! I'm moving out of my room to save up & live with family. You'd be taking over my lease until 20th July 2026.

The room is a furnished double, with built in storage, a desk, a chest of draws, a full length mirror and a comfortable double bed.

The flat has a separate kitchen (inc. washing machine!) and living room, and a balcony on the ground floor. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, split into a toilet & a shower room.

The flat is in a safe area, bordered by a primary school, a church, a Tesco's and right next to Bermondsey tube (Jubilee line) and a short walk to London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee and national rail). The neighbours are quiet and you're close to Bermondsey street, Maltby Street market and Tower Bridge.

The flatmates are two girls, age 26 and 27, who are both NHS doctors. They're into running, wine nights and cooking and looking for a girl who's friendly & clean, ideally age 23 to 33 and has a job.
