I’m moving out of my room in Oval as I’ve found a job abroad, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from April 18th until September 18th.

About the room:
- Rent: £730 per month (utilities not included, usually around £50-60 per month)
- Size: 10 sqm, fully furnished
- Location: 3 minutes’ walk from Oval Underground station and 3 minutes from the nearest bus stop
- Shared spaces: Bathroom and kitchen with 3 friendly housemates (all 23, currently doing their master’s at King’s College London)
- Housemates’ preference They would prefer a girl, but are flexible
