That is a set amount every month with unlimited energy and water, and new tenants can be easily added to the package. With the rent and the package combined, the total comes to £1100 per month per person.

A UK based guarantor is required when signing the contract. You can either use guarantor websites or friends of friends who live in the UK and are willing to be your guarantor. This is compulsory.
