I’m looking for a new flat mate in a 2 bed central London flat. My current house mate is moving in with his partner so the space is available from early in 2026.

The flat is full furnished with a large double L shaped sofa, big kitchen table wall mounted tv etc. The kitchen table was used by previous house mate for working from home as the room is not big enough for an extra desk.

There is concierge in the building for packages and mail, plus bike storage in the building.

We’re located very close the city, so ideal for working professionals. Very good transport links with Waterloo, London Bridge, elephant and castle, Blackfriars all 5-15minutes away.

London Bridge and borough market has lot of amenities for shopping, local bars and entertainment.

About me: Im a work in finance in the city, 35 y/o and have been living in London for the last 12 years, 4 in the flat I’m currently in. I’m very active and enjoy fitness whether that is cycling running, gym, swimming and other sports. On weekends I enjoy socialising with friends and spending time with others but also enjoy quieter nights in when my social battery is drained.

Would like someone to move in who has similar interests and no preference on male/female.

Bills not included in the price but total around 260 pp, and including a weekly cleaner, broadband, sky tv (with sky sports).
