We are looking for a vegan who wants to live in a fully vegan household. You’ll be living in a mixed-sex environment of 3 working professionals :)

- There's me: 32 year old woman who works in Spitalfield market and likes going out, cooking, rollerblading and generally hanging out

- a 27 year old guy who works as a fundraiser for a charity and likes playing sports, watching films , and doing a bit of environmental activism

- a 27 year old woman who works for a coin auction house and play a lot of football and likes art

We're looking for someone respectful and sociable who would be up for the occassional shared meal and trip to the pub! We have a cleaning rota and try to keep it quiet in the flat from 9-5 on weekdays. Also we hope you like cats!

The room is unfurnished but faces onto the lovely back garden and gets plenty of light! 🏡 There's room for a small desk as well.

Downstairs is the kitchen, conservatory/dining/living area, bathroom, and separate WC.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Vegan (or happy to be in the flat)
- Tidy (happy with a cleaning rota)
- Respectful of shared spaces and quite times
- Without pets

The house is conveniently located with:
9-minute walk to Kennington Tube Station (Northern Line, Zone 1)
30-minute walk to London Bridge
11-minute walk to Burgess Park
8-minute walk to Walworth Road with a market and plenty of bars and restaurants
9-minute walk to Kennington Park area with sports courts
10-minute walk to gyms
