no deposit required, no couples or pets unfortunately. The room is on the first floor of a single story house accessible only by stairs. There is one bathroom (shared between x3 tenants, including the subletee). Access to entrance of property is by a single step.

There is space to lock a bike outside to the railings (have locked our bikes there for years with no problems). There is a small garden outside with a fire pit which you’re welcome to use. There is a living room with a projector instead of a TV (please use this, I miss it dearly!) And of course a kitchen with all utensils etc.

Closest tubes are elephant & castle or kennington, each about a 16 minute walk. This seems far from the tube but you’re in zone 1 once you reach the tube itself!

Walworth is an amazing area - you are close to East St Market which is on daily except Mondays, offering cheap and delicious local and international fruit and veg. Also nearby is a big Morrisons and big Lidl, and Burgess Park and lake which is lovely.

I (Sam) am subletting while away, my friend (Becca) has been staying in the room for a while and has now found a permanent place.
