I am looking for someone to join our lovely flat near Elephant and Castle. The house is a three bedroom Maisonette with a nice large living room that gets the Southern sun. I've lived here for close two three years and absolutely love it.

The large double room is £900+bills available from the 15th of March, although there is some flexbility. It is fully furnished.

I am an architect and I work from home two days a week.
I'm always up for for cooking together, movie and board game nights, badminton and going to the theatre. I'm looking for someone who's sociable and tidy and looking to make this a home. I've been great friends with my past housemates and would like to keep the same homely vibe going.

Where: Walworth, near Burgess Park, just South of Elephant and Castle. A 12-15 minute walk to Kennington and Elephant and Castle tube stations. Bus stop 1 minute away. Central London 15 minutes away by bike.

Bills: around £150 per month. Slightly lesser in summer.

Deposit: £1000

Sorry no pets or smoking in the house.
