Comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom in a high-end, fully equipped and spacious 3 bedroom flat, located 5 min walk from Waterloo and Southwark underground stations.
The flat is very bright, modern and quiet, on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a new development, overlooking an internal garden and with beautiful views of the London Eye from the room.
The room has plenty of natural light through two large full-height windows, a very large build-in wardrobe, a king size bed and a working desk.
I am a friendly, easy-going finance professional and I'm away quite often, therefore I am looking for a responsible and tidy grown-up to share the flat.
I like cooking and having the occasional dinner with friends to enjoy some good food and wines.
My current flatmate is moving abroad and therefore I'm looking for a replacement. I have shared flats many times before with positive experiences, mainly by being flexible, respectful of others' privacy and quite tidy.
I work from home 2 days a week, usually on Monday and Friday.
