Bed Linen & towels available to borrow. Ensuite toilet & basin. Shower/bathroom on 1st floor. You are welcome to use our Kitchen/diner/garden room & garden.. We will provide cupboard space/fridge/freezer space/bathroom cupboard space. Broadband unlimited.

No parking in road. King size bed & very comfy mattress with mattress topper. Duvet & pillows provided.

We have very good neighbours and would therefore appreciate noise levels being respected after 10pm weekdays & 11pm weekends.

We are happy to share our space and have been doing so for many years. We respect different cultures and backgrounds. We would make you welcome in our home but respect your privacy too. We enjoy meeting new people, learning about new food, cultures and ideas. Our hobbies are varied: sports, gym, films, travelling, arts, allotment.
