This lovely double bedroom is a good size and is fully furnished. The bedroom is in a beautifully newly refurbished home with a bathroom just next to the bedroom. The house has a utility room with washing machine tumble dryer for laundry. As well as this we have a large garden out the back.
The location of our home is just a 10 minute walk to Chichester train station and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. We are located equal distances from Tesco and Sainsbury’s as well as having choices of other supermarkets in the area. There is a post office and small convenience shop for small supplies 2 minutes away.
We are live in landlady’s looking for one lodger to move into our home with us. We have a dog who loves people and is very well behaved. If you like dogs and a clean home then let us know.
