I have a double room to let in my three bedroom house on a quiet estate in Westhampnett. Currently it is just myself and my 3 year old son. My son sleeps through the night so very rarely wakes in the night and is genuinely a very happy boy. He also isn’t home a few nights a week, most weekends are spent at his dads. I work 2/3 nights a week as a senior care assistant. Use of the bathroom, kitchen, and garden including use of washing machine etc. There is also a parking space for the new housemate. There is the 55 bus route just outside of the estate. The room has a double bed with storage draws, chest of draws, blackout curtains and built in wardrobe. I’m a bubbly tidy person looking for a like minded person. Looking for someone who is also tidy, clean and respectful of the fact I have a toddler so do not want lots of random people in my house but of course a friend over isn’t a problem. I have the occasional girls night but other than that I’m not a party household so looking for someone similar. Room available beginning of June. Room is based in Westhampnett, opposite the Rolls Royce factory. New tenant must be working. No couples. Must be okay with dogs as we have a dog one day a week. Cleaner comes once a week but does not do the lodgers bedroom.
