Our lovely double en-suite room is becoming available mid-August. There is a bath and separate shower, huge walk in wardrobe and lots of space.
Access in the house is to the kitchen only - use of washing machine and dishwasher.
Bills are included in the price per month.

The house has its own access to a green out front and is 5 minutes walk from the centre cross in Chichester.

You’d be living with me and my 7 year old who is very quiet so I am looking for a tenant with a steady income who is wanting a peaceful home. We are very welcoming and looking forward to getting to know our next tenant!
