This lovely flat is in a fantastic location, next to the beautiful canal basin in Chichester, just 10 minutes from Chichester train station. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a very friendly lady, aged 74. She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home, plus someone to help her with some small tasks such as; cooking, odd chores in the home and helping to look after her cat.

The suitable sharer could be either working or studying but should have some time available during their week, mainly early evenings onwards to offer some household support. The Householder is a very friendly, chatty and independent lady who is looking for some overnight reassurance and good company, as now, more than ever, this lady feels a little lonely and isolated.

The property is an extremely very well maintained ground floor flat. The sharer will have their own large double bedroom with ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe.

We have various policies in place to allow shares to take place during the Covid Pandemic and safety of both parties is our first priority.
