A reasonable size double bedroom partly furnished, for rent in a good area, of Chichester, 10 minute walk from the town centre. 5 minutes from the station


No specific parking but never had a problem with finding a space. The flat is
really spacious and the kitchen and living area are very large and light. All bills included - wifi, gas, electrical and council tax.

Available to rent as soon as possible , but my landlord will require references and minimum term of 6 months contract to be signed.
