We live within walking distance to the town 15 minutes, hospital 10 minutes and university 5 minutes. A clean family home with the full use of washing machine, tumble dryer and own fridge freezer in bedroom. Shared use of bathroom and extra toilet downstairs.

Parking is restricted however there is off road parking just two minute walk.
We live in a quite residential area in Grayingwell, which is newly built (10 years old). Family of four (2 adults, 1 toddler and a dog).

Looking for a professional that’s is clean and tidy. Considerate when it comes to noise as we have a young toddler.

We prefer not having guest over, but with prior notice we would consider.
