Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, with plenty of safe, on-street parking (also potential off-road parking space). Local shops nearby include a Co-Op open daily 6.00am-11.00pm. Convenient bus route into Chichester.

Respectful, tidy, sociable individuals wanted to house-share with me and my two cats. I also look after my partner’s dog (a standard poodle) from time to time so potential housemates should ideally like animals! I have a regular cleaner, and the house is clean and uncluttered.

I am self-employed, mainly working from home. My interests/hobbies mean that I am out some evenings, and occasional weekends.

I’m happy to consider long- or short-term, full-week or Monday–Friday (rent negotiable) rentals, though currently for reasons of flexibility my preference is for shorter-term lets (i. e. <12 months).
