The Room:

Rent/Deposit/Bills:
Rent for the room is £460/pcm. The Deposit is £440 per tenant and is protected by MyDeposits. I include all main bills (gas, water, fibre broadband, and electric). Council tax is the responsibility of the tenants, and this equates to a minimal £23/pcm when split between the six housemates, making this an ideal option for young professionals.

The Landlord (me!):
Having completed postgraduate studies here in Falmouth a few years ago, I now work as a bioscience researcher at the university. I have been a landlord for 8 years so I have a good knowledge of what makes a good house and hopefully a good landlord. I am a member of the Cornwall Responsible Landlord Scheme and National Landlord Association. This house was recently inspected and the council gave me very positive feedback. I live less than 5 minutes from the property and can be contacted by phone/email at any time. I like to deal with problems quickly and really push for open and efficient communication between tenants and myself.
