YOUR ROOM
You get the entire top floor of this two floor flat to yourself, which consists of a large bedroom with several windows so it's really light, your ensuite (in fact all the rooms are ensuite!) and your very own roof terrace accessible out of one of your windows. There's plenty of space for a desk or relaxing space, and coat hooks in your 'hall'!

THE FLAT
The downstairs area includes our two rooms, a large open plan living and kitchen space with corner sofa, TV, dining table and chairs (currently being used as WFH desk), balcony looking out over Events Square and the Fal Estuary, and fully kitted out kitchen. It also has a separate utility room with washing/drying machine.

THE LOCATION/TRANSPORT
It's about 10-15min walk to Gylly Beach, where we love a swim, and right at the end of the high street so super handy for any shopping and buses. The train station is 5-7min walk away, which stops at Penryn for anyone wanting to get to campus. The train also takes 25min to get to Truro with direct lines to London and Edinburgh. There's free parking on the roads nearby if you have a car. It's pretty reliable and Bex can show you the best spots.

We think we have the best 'front garden' ever, which has 5 cocktail bars, a bakery, 7 restaurants/cafes and a Tesco Express round the corner.

THE HOUSEMATES
Bex and I (Joanna) are currently mature part-time Masters students both studying conservation, Bex focusing on terrestrial and me on marine. We'll be finishing up in September but planning to stick around.

We're both trying to live as low impact a lifestyle as possible, so we're regulars at the refill shop and won't be wasting anything where possible. We're also pretty hot on recycling and we compost food waste, so keen for someone else that will keep on top of this too.

We enjoy the occasional swim and/or meal together and would love for you to join us. We aren't big party people, preferring a quiet night in, with the occasional group of friends round of an evening. We like to keep the communal space clean and tidy.
