We have a double room to rent in a family house which is right by the front door (all the other bedrooms are upstairs) Own bathroom but not attached to the Room but same level. kitchen, living room and
large garden all shared, Own fridge and storage.

The room has lots of storage, chest of draws, hanger, desk. TV with netflix/Disney Well presented. Bathroom had an electric shower, and some storage.

This room is in a family house and there are 2 young children 6 and 8 years old. They are fun and very good children, They will repect your privacy but some understanding needed as they are still young.
