The flat has high ceilings and a large open living space with plenty of seating, a dining space and moderately sized kitchen, and a fairly large shared bathroom with a bath and shower. Broadband and water bills are included but the gas and electric bills are currently an extra £40pcm. Shared with two girls studying at Falmouth University. We like to occasionally host movie nights in the flat. The flat is situated close to Penryn high street with easy access to the buses and train station, and a 20 minute walk to Penryn Campus.
