I am wanting to spend my summer in london but have a tenancy until the end of August. Trying to find someone to take this place till the end of summer.
I’d love to keep the move in date may 1st but can be a bit flexible on this. Move out date must be august 26th, I would knock off a week from the last month!
As per rent; I’ll keep the bills paid, everything is £1250! A security deposit of £500 - unless you were to seriously damage something, rest assured you’ll get this back.
