Very large double room in 3bed 1st floor flat a couple of hundred yards from Epsom High Street and Epsom General Hospital. Already furnished with 2 cabinets and wardrobe. I can supply a bed if you need one. I will update the photo asap because the room was redecorated in blue rather than the grey in the photo just last year.
There is a very large hallway which I do need to redecorate, a recently re-tiled and decorated bathroom which is only missing a bath panel, nice re-tiled kitchen with new 'fridge, old freezer, electric cooker and new washer/dryer, separate toilet and a large lounge/diner.
There is an extremely large garden around 2/3 of the block and parking in the adjacent road literally a few metres away. There is often parking in the flat courtyard itself but it is only a few metres away if not.
The town centre is 2/3 minutes walk away, the station is 5/10 minutes' walk and the Hospital is also a few minutes' walk. Epsom Downs is a 15 minute walk or 3/4 minutes in a car. Buses to Kingston , Leatherhead and Dorking are in the High Street.
I live in some of the time and work away some of the time but you have the use of the whole flat anyway. I am very easygoing and love animals. 3 of my 5 lodgers over the last 12 years have had dogs and I have adored all of them. I am vegetarian and have been for most of my life. I never smoke and I rarely drink.
