Lovely light furnished double room in student house on the South side of Farnham in a quiet residential area 25 mins walk from UCA Farnham. The house has two modern bathrooms and shared communal kitchen and sitting/dining room and a large garden. The rent is £495 per calendar month plus bills and the rental period is until the end of July but can probably be renewed for subsequent periods. The house is shared with three other students. This room has become available because my daughter has unexpectedly been offered a place in Halls. Please contact me in the first instance. Happy to answer any questions.
