The house is situated on a relatively quiet road in the centre of Farnham town. It is only a 10 minute walk to the train station, University and about a minute from Farnham park and the town centre shops, cafés and restaurants.

The room available is situated downstairs at the front of the house and has a queen size bed, three seater sofa and TV. You will have access to the downstairs bathroom which is situated next to the rental room. Downstairs the rest of the house comprises a large kitchen/diner, living room, conservatory and a decent sized garden.

Preferably, I am looking for a Monday-Friday let but will consider 7 days a week.
