The house is detached, located near Maidstone Hospital. I have a double room, furnished if required.

The property has a garage offering storage, and also a garden/patch, which I state reluctantly, but does see sun........some of the time and at least has a washing line.

Only a 20 minute walk to Barming station (Victoria line). It’s a short drive to the M20 and the location provides decent links to Maidstone town centre and has a local Tesco close by.

Rent includes all utility bills (also, Virgin Tv/fibre broadband, Netflix & Amazon).

I’m a firefighter and therefore work an unusual shift pattern and can often find myself away from the property......maybe not so much at the moment. I am happy to socialise, but equally content with my own company and therefore would respect your privacy.
