This is a lovely double room on the ground floor. It has its own private courtyard and private entrance into the room. The courtyard also has its own bench and table and washing line. The room almost feels like you have your own flat beat sharing the kitchen the the other house mates.

The ensuite is well designed and had a walk in power shower, wash basin, and toilet. Its looks modern and is very clean.

THE HOUSE

This is a lovely character townhouse over 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, 2 Ensuite rooms and 2 Main bathrooms, an additional separate toilet.

The house has Virgin high speed wireless unlimited internet. There is a weekly cleaner who cleans the main communal areas such as kitchen, hallways, and bathrooms.

THE LOCATION

The house is situated in the heart of the town, 1 minute walk from the ALDI supermarket, and a 2 minute walk to Maidstone East train station and the main high street shops and restaurants. THE OUTSIDE

The house has two parking spaces which one is reserved for the garden room with its own entrance and private courtyard and the other is on a first come first serve basis for the house. Nevertheless the parking around this part of town is good if you have a car and need street parking (Cost 25 GBP per annum for a parking permit from Maidstone Borough Council).

HOUSE MATES
We only have professional working people (Sorry no DSS/Retired). We try and keep the age range between 22-55. Currently there are 5 other working professionals in the property.

OTHER DETAILS:
