I am currently looking for a new flat mate to replace the existing one who is moving to Liverpool for work.

This is a fantastic top floor apartment with a balcony. You will have full and private access to the main bathroom as my room has an en-suite. Shared lounge and kitchen so it would be great if you are clean/tidy.

I am not the landlord, I’ll be your flatmate. I’m easy going, enjoy socialising but also like spending time on my own. I don’t smoke, have no pets and I would consider myself to be clean and tidy. It would be great to find a housemate I get along with well to keep the atmosphere friendly and relaxed.

The current housemate is looking to move out in January so ideally looking for a flatmate to replace the current one and move in then.
