We are 3 girls and a cat in a shared house in Maidstone. There is a shared bathroom, a second toilet, a garden, garage space for storage, a shared kitchen and a shared lounge area. We are a quiet, relaxed, friendly household and we are looking for someone who is respectful and considerate as a tenant. Rent includes all bills including council tax. (The room available is actually two single rooms but we rent them both out together to one person as it works out about the same as a double with a wall in the middle! Previous tenants have used one room to sleep in and the other for storage/office space.)
