We are a friendly family looking for preferably a professional female to occupy double room in our home weekdays only. The large double room is on the ground floor with view of back garden and own bathroom on first floor. It is very will presented with nice furniture, television and fridge/freezer. Five-minute walk to local shops, takeaways and bus stop and 25 min walk to Rochester train station. The lodger would also have use of the main kitchen area to prepare meals at mealtimes. Evening meals can be provided at additional cost. Parking is available in roads near the property. References are required.
