I am looking to rent out my 2nd double bedroom in my 3 bed ground floor maisonette. My ideal roomie would be a decent gay/bi guy aged between 18-45 with regular employment/reliable income.
Moved in October on the redeveloped estate which is safe, peaceful and approximately 15-20 minutes walk to Gillingham Station and close by to Chatham Docks, Lidl/Asda and plenty of greenery. ME4 4UW is postcode.
Room comes complete with bed / mattress and built in wardrobe.
There is a shared study/3rd bedroom which I am happy to be used between us.
£600 including main bills (including Council tax) although would expect sharing of any household items and joint supplies. Fortnightly cleaner at extra £35 per month but happy to discuss.
Off road parking is available and potential for a dedicated space although limited access. Happy to speak in more details.
Place has a front and back garden, the latter recently landscaped and should be absolutely fantastic for summer relaxing and the odd BBQ!
Shared use of the lounge, kitchen/diner and bathroom.
Would prefer someone not expecting to host guests or overnight visitors regularly.
I enjoy having my own space at home but enjoy socialising out!
