Large master suite available on top floor of modern 3 bed house. You will have your own use of a fully furnished double bedroom plus en suite shower room, storage cupboard, Sky tv and broadband. The room is also big enough to be a living area so the only room you will need to share will be the kitchen, although a fridge is provided so you don't have to pop down 2 flights of stairs to get a drink in the middle of the night! I own this property with my mother (therefore, we are joint landladys) but I no longer live there, so my very lovely "penthouse suite" is now available.
You will also have your own parking space directly in front of the property on a drive. Chatham train station/town centre is a 15 minute walk.
You will be living with my mum who is very nice and easy going and i expect the tenant to be respectful towards her and her privacy. My brother is also currently living there.
